Broadway Living’s business plan needed a narrative to explain Broadway Living’s ambitions and how the company intends to apply funding from the Council to deliver around 800 new homes within five years.

I helped devise and write the business plan and reports to Cabinet working with Wendy Stokes of Stokes Duncan, a social housing expert.

The majority of London’s 33 boroughs are now pursuing similar initiatives – a subject I wrote about in the London Evening Standard.

Wendy and I have also worked on similar business plans for LB Newham and for Be First – LB Barking & Dagenham’s new regeneration company.
